Get ready for some creative fun with our Decoden Workshop for your kid's party. In this exciting class, kids will learn how to use decoden (or cream glue) to decorate their item.

We’ll guide them step-by-step as they add colourful beads, charms, and glitter to their item. All materials are provided, so kids can dive right into the decorating fun. If booked at least one month in advance we can most likely match your charms to your party theme.

What can I make?

They’ll go home with a beautifully, unique decorated item. We are flexible on what you can create and can customise based on your child. In the past we have decorated picture frames, compact mirrors, hair clips, note books, vision boards and even jewellery boxes. No experience needed - Turn your next party into a creative, hands-on experience that kids will love!

Designed for kids who love to get pampered, this fun and engaging party activity lets them make a range of spa-inspired products to take home as well as enjoy on the day. This one is for the 8+ kiddos!

What they'll create:

  • Fizzy Bath Salts - Colour and layer your bath salts to take home - the perfect party favour!

  • Personalised beaded hair claw clips

Let us take care of the setup, hosting and cleanup! We’ll arrive at your party with each Childs very own bead kit + a wider range of sunglasses and beads, giving your guests plenty of options to personalise their accessories. Each child can make as many bracelets as they want within the timeframe and a custom pair of sunglasses, or if you prefer, we can mix it up with necklaces or croc bracelets instead, please let us know your preference prior. This flexible option ensures your party is unique and tailored to your preferences, so everyone has a blast!

Personalisation: Each child will leave with a take home box/bag with their goodies. These will feature a personalised sticker with your child's name for example "Thank you for celebrating with Sienna"

What is provided & the Finished Product:

Each child will paint and decorate a fairy house, plant a succulent, arrange their mini garden with adorable decorations, and craft a magical world of their own. It's the perfect mix of craft, creativity, and nature, and a unique way to celebrate!

Make your child's next celebration sparkle with our Glitter Snow Globe Tumbler, Hosted Kids Party in Byron Bay! Perfect for kids aged 7 - 12, this exciting party experience allows children to create their own 500ml acrylic double walled drink bottles filled with glitter and fun embellishments.

On the day the kids will get to choose: Water bottle colour, glitter colour and wrap for their bottle. We will then give them step-by-step guidance to ensure everyone can craft their unique tumbler specific to their personality. We can match your theme and bring wraps to suit but please give us a little notice to make this happen!

With our large array of fun options, everyone can create a unique, personalised pair of sunnies to show off. Plus, each guest will take home their sunglasses in a chic pouch, making it a stylish keepsake from your celebration.

Please note: This add-on is available exclusively when you book one of our hosted parties in the Byron Bay area. Run time is approximately 30mins

How Does It Look On The Day?

We will bring a range of glasses in different styles for your littles to choose, glue, cute charms, gems and letters.

When choosing a craft party, it helps to consider your child’s age, interests and your venue setup. Our parties generally run for 60-90 minutes and require enough space for a crafting table and seating. We supply all creative materials - we just need you just provide the tables and chairs

Craft parties make a great alternative to standard party games and can easily replace traditional party bags, as each child takes home the item they’ve made.

How to Choose the Right Craft

Selecting the right craft for your child's party involves considering several factors. Age appropriateness, interests, and practical considerations all play a role.

First, think about your child's age and that of their friends. All of our options suit ages 7 and above. Have a tween? We have a few options in the pipeline (think cute personalised charm bracelets) in the works or our glitter drink bottle comes in a glass bottle version that might interest them. Next, consider your child's interests. Are they fascinated by nature? A fairy garden craft might be perfect. Do they love accessories? A beading party could be the way to go.

Practical aspects matter too. Think about:

  • Space requirements - Something to note, we do not supply tables and chairs. You will need to have enough seating and space for your guests.

  • Mess factor - are you cool with glitter?

  • Time needed - Our craft experiences are generally 60 mins with the option for 30 min ad-ons

  • Takeaway value - no need for party bags when kids can make their own party favours!
