Craft Social brings the party to you anywhere in Byron Bay and surrounding areas. We set up, host, entertain, clean up and pack away. You don’t lift a finger. You can relax, take photos, chat with other parents, or just enjoy the day.

The kids? They create something they’re genuinely proud of.

And yes, the craft is the party favour. No plastic lolly bags required.

One the Day

We arrive with everything needed for the chosen craft.

We style the table, guide the kids step-by-step, keep the energy fun and inclusive, and make sure every child feels confident and supported.

After 1.5–2 hours of creative fun, we tidy up and leave your space exactly how we found it (sometimes cleaner).

Designed for small, special groups

Our parties are intentionally designed for intimate groups of up to 8 kids. Smaller groups mean:

  • More hands-on guidance

  • Calmer energy

  • Better quality creations

  • Kids who feel seen and supported

Hosting more than 8? We can absolutely cater for larger groups on request. Just reach out and we’ll tailor something to suit.

Age & Vibes

Our parties are best suited to kids aged 6–12.

For younger kids (6–8), we focus on colourful, playful crafts that are fun, achievable and confidence-boosting.

For older kids and tween girls (9–12), we level things up. Think creative projects that feel cool, a little bit on-trend, and not “babyish.” These are the parties where they chat, create, personalise their pieces and leave feeling proud of what they made.

It’s creative without being chaotic. Fun without being overwhelming.

  • Browse our upcoming events to find the one that feels right for you. We host events year-round in all different locations and climates.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.
