Memory Box Time Capsule: A Keepsake Craft Workshop for Kids

A little box that holds a moment in time. Kids decorate their own wooden box on the outside, then fill it with keepsakes, memories and favourite things to open again when they're older.

What's included

• Decorate a wooden memory box using paint, stickers, gems and charms

• Create an accordion style folded book capturing their favourite things right now, from best mates to obsessions to what they want to be when they grow up

• Write a short letter to their future self, to be opened when the box is - we will give them prompts!

• Get a polaroid photo snapped on the day and Bedazzle the frame

• Bring along a few personal keepsakes from home to pop inside, like photos, ticket stubs or small trinkets

This one is equal parts craft and memory making. Kids walk away with a box that's fun to decorate now and even more special to open in a few years time.

What is provided:

• Everything needed to create and decorate your memory box.

• Fruit and a packet of chips for snacking

What to bring:

• Drink bottle filled with ice water and additional snacks

• Lunch if they are staying for 2 classes

• Any small photos or keepsakes they would like to incorporate into their box

• Tuesday 29th 12:30pm

• This workshop is for ages 7+ and runs for 3 hours

• Byron Bay Industrial Area

• If your child is staying for both classes they will have a 30 min lunch break between classes
